• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

3.3 Price Changes:

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

7. Service Availability and Support

8. Account Termination

If your subscription includes multi-branch or multi-user features:

• You are responsible for all activities by your staff members
• You must ensure staff members comply with these Terms
• User limits are defined by your subscription plan
• You may remove or add users within your plan limits
